They are waterproof and made of leather with a memory foam insole. The front and the back boots are designed differently to fit the dogs feet properly. They are really nice and light and have properly supported angles for the sole.

Just thought that I'd let you all know of our great find. Missy could walk in these boots comfortably right away and she wore them for a whole hour before I took them off (and not because she wanted them off either). They are a tad pricey. I found them at a store in my area for $60 Canadian, but worth every penny. I love how easy they are to put on and zip up. I also love how they stay on without a velcro fastener around the ankle.

Oops! Never mind. I just found the post that you said Missy wears a size 0.

Kia weighs 4#s, and her foot measures almost 1", so I am thinking it may be best to order the size 1.

Yes.......I know this is a VERY old post but had to chime in about these boots. I did buy Abby a pair of these in the winter of 2009. They're great. They keep her feet warm and dry. No frozen paws. Am looking into buying her a new pair.
