| Yep that is WalMart - I guess they bought to much stock in the XXSmall so they sold it to the 99cent stores. Cute and what a great buy!

| I found the cutest little rain poncho at the Dollar Tree in Florida. Even my dad thought it was adorable on Pasquale...and my dad is not a huge dog fan at all!
