| ![]() We have one in the bathroom off of our bedroom. We also have one in my office where the babies stay when we are gone. But, they also think the living room rug is a pee pad also.

| ![]() I have one upstairs in the living room (would like to change that but there's no other place!) and one downstairs in her little area with her tent and toys. Unfortunately downstairs is carpeted and she uses the whole carpet basically. She has her favorite spots right in the middle of the room, or right at the bottom of the stairs, which I've been trying to clean up with a cleaner that should be getting rid of pheromones. But yeah those are where my two are! I wish I could find somewhere a little more out of the way for the living room one. She hates going in front of people, but she rarely uses the one downstairs (she just uses the carpet instead!)

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() I keep two in the office where I also keep his crate. I have one in front of the crate, and one behind the crate that is more private, and where he likes to do his poo's. It's important to keep clean any mistakes with an enzyme cleaner such as Nature's Miracle. You could put the pad in a place where she has an accident, than gradually move the pad to a place where you like. Some dogs like pads in private places, not in the main room. When he was a puppy, I had pads in every room.

| ![]() I live in a tri-level townhome, so I have one in our masterbathroom which is also where he stays when I'm at work. Also one downstairs right next to our kitchen (although he doesn't really use this one that much)- if he has to go, he'll run upstairs to the masterbath b/c he thinks thats where he's supposed to go always. |

| ![]() I've just moved and I've had to put it into the laundry room, but at our other house it was in a downstairs bathroom. It was a little hard because company that needed to use the restroom had to "see" her restroom, but there was no other place ![]()

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() I have one in my bedroom that 2 use and 1 in the corner in the dining room (we don't use the DR) which they use once in awhile. My other 2 go outside and they all randomly use carpeting.

| ![]() I have a small area in my 3rd bedroom that is their designated potty pad area. I would think if I moved it would be hard to get them used to a different place. I'm sure your baby will adjust just fine!

| ![]() It really depends on how large your apt is and how many floors but I like the previous poster feel it is hard to change. I would be sure to take one or two with you when you move that your yorkie has peed on and put that down and stay close for awhile until Lexi does pee and then go to the next area you have a pad down. I moved mine once and moved it about 2 inches a day until I got it where I wanted it. ![]() I never litter trained a dog but many have. I do think that would be easier in a pup rather than one that is used to pee pads but I could be wrong. Someone here will surely give you ideas on it if they haven't already. I always used a flannel back plastic tablecloth under each pad (cut is up in 1/4's)
