I'll make time later to check it all out. I wonder if maybe these other websites are not actual owners of Hands N Paws or even really affiliated? Every month I get a newsletter from them with special offers...again, no problems. I don't know what to say. And no, I am not affiliated with them or their company. Just a customer that has had no issues. It's worth looking into, maybe management or something has changed, I dunno. |

wow.. that sure is horrible.. that is why I like to order from people I know who sell stuff.. i too am soon looking for a new snoozer car seat.. I will make sure I do some homework first...thanks for the info...anne |

You know I had a situation ordering pet products a few years ago and got a REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE exchange of emails (all of my inquiries were politely and professionally worded - we learned how to write to companies in high school!). So I figured it was something similarly shocking. OMG - It's even WORSE than mine!! I'm going to assume that they have outsourced their customer service email answering. I'm thinking it's some bitter people that can't get out of their homes for some reason or find other work. (If it was a charity, I'd think it was unremorseful people sentenced to community service.) That's the only explanation that I can come up with. If the real and true "owners" are aware of or :eek: encourage :eek: this type of service, I can't imagine how they're still in business. :thumbdown:thumbdown |
Even if you had not had the bad experience you did with them.....just the "Hall of Shame" would be enough to keep me from doing business with them. That is just about the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. Thank you so much for the heads up - I will never purchase from them and will spread the word. |
OMG! thank goodness I saw this I tried ordering from them a few weeks ago but they were on "vacation" at that time.... I did see the hall of shame & wondered what it was so I clicked on it & it said something & then you know who you are???? very, very weird.... |
Try doing a search for them on YT. I know they have come up at least twice before on this forum since I have been here - as a company with very bad customer service. I am so sorry this happened to you. |

Wow, that is unacceptable. I read their company info page and there are a bunch of emails regarding what their customers say about their customer service. It's laughable and makes me think they must have written them themselves. They describe themselves as "quirky", more like a-holes IMO. Thank you very much for sharing this with us, it also opened my eyes as to looking into online business's before I order from them. (something I have never done, and should really know better) If you have the time, there is also an area on there called "in the news" where they have been featured on the show The view. The link they have there doesn't work so I don't know if its true. However, if it is and being the way Barbara Walters is... i'm certain she would like to hear about that type of customer service. Wouldn't it be interesting if they did a little bit of an undercover operation and got the same response from them in email inquires... hmmmmmm that sounds like a plan. Now, I almost wish I had dealt with them.. I would take it there.. oh yea I would do anything to get that type of treatment in the public's eye. |
