You can return it... there is a money garentee. They should return your money if it does not work. For me the first grid they gave me the puppies chewed it up and then they created a new one an replaced my old one free of chanrge..but cause I emaild them and told them I could not just purchase the grid as with shipping /handeling and pst / gst it was cost me way more then i was worth... they shiped me the replacement free with in one week.

i can't return it anymore because it's been more than 30 days since i've bought it..

i tried to potty train the kiddies on it.. but they simply wouldn't go on it.. if someone wants it i'll sell it for $20.00 plus shipping. PM me if anyone is interested.
