It goes over the front part, where a kid would sit in.

How much are they?
I don't have anymore of that fabric, it was purchased especially for this particular project and it was quite costly (compared to what I usually buy). I guess you can say Sookie has the "Luxury" model

I like that name! "Shopping Card Pooch Protector".

It really is great at Petsmart or Petco if you don't want your little dogs getting butt sniffed by every other dog there. They like it, too, because it's so cozy. Kalina fell asleep in there - all curled up and comfy.
