| doggie barretts I ordered a tub of barretts in all colors with little matching teddy bears in the center. The bows were HOT GLUED to the barretts, then the teddy bears were HOT GLUED to the bows. The first one didn't even last long enough for me to put it in Lucy's hair. The little bear fell off and left a hunk of glue in the center. I ordered these online, but I can't remember the website. The name brand is "Aria" If you see these, they're cute, but they're useless. Just wanted to pass this on so no one else would be rooked.

| I took 'em apart and saved the metal part. I've made Lucy some really cute bows with different ribbons that are very "poufy" and I sewed them in place. I also saved the teddy bears. I used a hot sewing needle to make a hole in the middle of the bear and I'm going to sew them to some bows using a tiny seed pearl to hold the bear in place. I also think I will take some of Lucy and Rebel's plain T shirts and sew the bears on them using glass beads to hold the bears in place. I refuse to completely lose my money

| Thank you for the heads up. I have bought "cannister bows" from this company before -- the little grossgrain bows and found them quite satisfactory for the purpsoe I used them for. A few were crooked and had to be culled, but at the price, I give them a . I was tempted to purchase the teddy bear bows 'cause they were cute, but thanks to your timely warming, I'll pass them by. |
