I keep buying collars but just don't feel good putting on the pup. I can't stop thinking about what happen to Mocha and she was wearing a harness!

The cat collar seems like a good idea but I am having trouble finding one that is small enough. If I get it to where I think pup is comfortable (and can get out of it in an emergency) it hangs down over her mouth
