| ![]() Pensioner forgets where his car is parked and reports it stolen A pensioner from Hove who had forgotten where he parked his car containing his pet dog reported it stolen. Tony Warwick's Skoda, along with Shocker the Yorkshire terrier, was found after three days. It was spotted by a traffic warden who went to put a second ticket on it. The police were called and broke in to rescue the animal. Mr Warwick was so desperate to see his 11-year-old pet, he ran a mile from his home in Hove, to be reunited. The Evening Argus says the 66-year-old said he'd never leave his pet in the car again. "I had been praying for him and was bawling my eyes out yesterday before he was found. It had been pouring with rain when I parked the car to go shopping on Saturday. "I was looking for it for ages and had given up hope of ever seeing Shocker again. I was over the moon when I heard he and the car had been found." Klaire Kennett of the RSPCA said Shocker had a very lucky escape. If the dog had been left in the car just a couple of days longer it could have died of starvation or dehydration. http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_704371.html |

| ![]() God was watching out for Shocker and his daddy. ![]() Here in Texas it is getting that time of year. Remember not to take your dog in the car if you must leave them - even for a short time. They will die and it is a crime.
