Thanks for posting this as it was received yesterday and i didn't have time to get on here with it and i see you did it - Thanks again However lets also add that some of these fares are not up to date or accurate and this I know first hand as I am flying a puppy tomorrow and the fare quoted in the AKC article is not accurate . This is however a good guide but be sure to check for latest fare price with which ever airline you are going to use as they seem to change weekly due to the fuel costs.

				   | Thanks for posting this info. If anyone ever wants to splurge or is afraid to fly their dog in cargo and has to you may also want to consider talking to the Dogtravel Company. They let dogs of all sizes in the cabin of the planes they fly. Dogtravel Company Home We flew with them to florida to visit family earlier this year and it was fantastic! We definitely traveled in style! The dogs got their own special snack service and a great gift bag with toys and treats. We were also treated well which I thought was important! Sandy |

				   | Thanks!! Geeezzzzzzzzzz! Paid $100 each way for Toto in August ... now it's $125 each way!!! With December tickets so expensive already ... don't know if we can spend Christmas with the kids/grandkids this year!! I checked the other day and it's $1,550 each for us and then $250 for Toto .... it's looking impossible! $3,350 just to fly home ... I have to consider ... that would be a nice addition to gifts for the grandchildren!! I'm thinking .... blue Christmas for us!! I hate this!!

				   | Well it says Virgin they can't fly but Virgin American they can because Teddi and I are flying on that airline in a few weeks. I booked it a while a go and it was only $50 each way...they may have raised the prices recently, not sure but I thought it was a good deal.
