That sounds like what my sister's poodle had a few weeks ago!! she stayed home with him for about5 days! Took him to ER vet- and her regular vet, too!
she lives in STL which is just a few hours from the Windy city!
I bet that is what he had!!

Thanks for the info. General Lee goes to a doggie day care and before I let him go again, I will ask them what they are doing to prevent that from being there. If they do not even know about it I probably won't let him go.

Thats so weird. I just heard of an outbreak of dog flu at a boarding facility here in ny and now im moving to IL and its there. I've never boarded Paddington, so it probably won't affect me other than exposure to other boarded dogs, but its definitely good to know its going around.
