| Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Wylie, from a very poor breeder, has LP - it's never been "graded" and it doesn't seem to bother him in the least, but I worry. Next time I bring him to the vet, I really want to have it graded so I know where to go with it...

| thank you for saying that about the exercise zandersmom....I think you are right....I was always leary to take millee on walks but w the two new kids we went for their first real walk and millee "led the pack".....I guess when her leg acts up I will rest it and treat it but otherwise I think I will continue w walks....wileysmom....my millee was from bad breeder too...bought her from a friend who bought her from the pet store who bought her from a broker who bought her from the breeder...........didn't know much back then about pet stores....of course now I wouldn't trade her for the world.........glad we never did surgery because we would be dealing w arthritis at this age....our groomer has a 2 yrs old charles spaniel that had to have the operation done twice on same leg and she said he is worse off than ever....I appreciate opinions and experiences.....I believe their is lots of hope for all the puppies w LP.... |
