| diareah after a walk Ok, I am beginning to notice a pattern and wonder if this has happened to anyone else's dog. I have two Yorkies, 3 years old. I will take them on a walk, maybe 20 to 30 minutes. They come home and of course they are thirsty, so I let them drink as much as they want. The next day, the male Yorkie will have yucky diareah. It will last about a day maybe and then go away. Now maybe this is just a big coincidence, but it seems to happen a lot. He loves walks, so I hate to give them up. Maybe it is too hard on his system. I don't know. Maybe it's nothing. I might add - he is a poop eater, but I make sure he does not eat anything on his walk. I have noticed this has happened when my husband and I take him to the park on a long walk. What do you guys think?

| If your sure he isen't eating anything icky on the walk then perhaps its because he drinks so much water on returning? Maybe you could try taking a bottle of water and a bowl along with you and giving him little bits every few minutes so that he doesen't drink such a huge amount at once. What are you feeding him? Oh and how often do you walk him? If you walk him everyday then perhaps he will get used to it. |

| diareah after walk Ok, I walk them approximately four times a week, usually in the evening. I always carry water and encourage them to drink. I know that he is not eating anything on the walk, because I watch him closely. I took them for a walk tonight, and I'll have to see how his poop looks tomorrow. The male does not always take water on the walk. Sometimes he wont drink till he gets home. Maybe he is gulping too much water at the end of the walk. I feed them Wellness dog food, which is a good food. They like their food. My husband thinks its just a coincidence, and says maybe he's eating something in the yard. He'll eat rabbit poop or any discusting thing he can get a hold of.

| Hmmm well I think it could be the water or perhaps it is just a coincedence, could you walk them everyday? Perhaps you would be able to sense a better pattern. |

| diareah after walk I'm going to try to start walking them every day. I'll see what happens. Haven't been outside yet to check the specimens!
