yes you can return it as i am returning mine - especially now as i have a very allergic yorkie

Order has already shipped. Costs us too much to intercept it. Did you dilute the shampoo with water. Some dogs get hives if you don't dilute it. When you receive it if you don't want to keep it you can send it back for refund or pass it on to a friend.

some get hives is response - yikes dd had hives and took us 4 days to get her relief with temaril p and benedryl - i am returning mine too as just received it and on the site they do not put the ingredients which is not good either

I received the shampoo last night and i will be returning it back to them. I got another email from them last night i just think they are truly unprofessional they way they do business at least with me i think.

I have given Rocky peas before and he never had any reaction to it so i know it wasnt the peas.

look at the email i received i dont even know what to say to them.

What we're trying to get across to you is that if you send it back for refund the shipping cost is on you. To ship something back from NY opt OR is going to be expensive. Some people do not understand that we do not pay shipping costs when a refund is requested. The cost of the pet shampoo to you was only $8.95. It is a great product. Just didn't work for your dog but it probably will be fine for a friend or shelter animal.
From NY your shipping back to us is going to be around $6. We have excellent customer service and always give our customers exceptional service.

Poor thing. I'd like to know how many other Yorkie's have had allergic reaction to the shampoo. I just purchased a bottle, but haven't used it yet.

I ordered a sample of the minksheen and was not impressed. I used it undiluted on all 4 of my dogs and one of my yorkies had a reaction and got hives. I'm glad I ordered the sample first. I think I'll stick with the Mane and tail I have been buying at Walmart. It's inexpensive and I really like it.

If your dog is really sensitive I recommend Bio-Groom. They have a hypo-allergenic shampoo for the really sensitive ones that is unscented and soapless. They also have a medicated shampoo with tar/sulfur or the oatmeal is great too (it's soap free). You can contact them through their website Bio-Groom - Exceptional Pet Care Products for Over 30 Years and ask for some samples. I also recommend the Silk Creme Rinse or the Oatmeal Creme Rinse. If they need deep conditioning you could always try the Vita Oil or the Super Cream Coat Conditioning Concentrate.

Thank you very much, i actually saw the thread on here and requested the samples and they did send it to me. I have used it twice on him and i love the way his hair feels after wards. I will definetly be ordering from them !
