| i have gotten milkbones for my dogs, but they don't enjoy them, they devour them. and try to steal each others. i try to avoid giving them now because they treat them like food and will not let it go until they are gone. plus, they are pretty messy! |

| i'm eagerly awaiting an order of "yorkie yummies" from a yt'r. but i also have given him little treats from premier pet products/busy buddy toys called "buddy-ohs." he LOVED those. i haven't ever done bully sticks or flossies, but i have given him some bones from walmart. he likes those alot too. i'm sure other yt'rs will have more great answers for you. (check out the selling forum for some stores and homemade goodies) |

| I just looked up the ingredients in Milkbones. I have definately seen worse but I still wouldn't feed them. They have poultry by-product meal in them. They also have iron oxide which we know as rust. I think some companies use it for coloring. Ellie gets Buddy Biscuits for treats. She likes both the barley and molasses flavors.

| Have you tried Old Mother Hubbard brand dog treats. They make peanut butter, veggie and several other kinds of bones. They are made from natural ingrediants. They also come in two different sizes. |

| I probably wouldn't give the milk-bone treats. The ingredients don't really look that great. There are several treats out there that you can give. You can boil up some chicken and keep it in a baggie in the fridge and give little pieces....You can give most kinds of veggies and fruits as treats. For example, my furbabies love green apples (peeled and in small pieces), little pieces of carrot, and watermelon (seedless).

| Gracie hates Milk-Bone treats. She loves Simon and Hueys treats, and freeze dried chicken. She also goes nuts over the Yorkie Yummies that Chattie's Mom makes!

| I give Snooki a milk-bone every once and a while. He doesn't really eat them unless he's hungry or just feels like it I guess... He mainly just plays with them! It's so cute, he barks at the milk bone and throws it around! He especially likes it if I pursue him and try to take the bone from him. Eventually he gets tired of playing and eats the milk bone!
