I got Isabelle her rabies shot last year and she has a bald spot and a lump. Does anyone know what this means?

I think that I have read that could be a reaction to the shot. But I am concerned about the lump even though it's been so long ago. It should have gone down already. Have you asked the vet?

No, I haven't asked the vet. The one I she got the year before is also still there so she actually has two lumps so I thought that it was normal.

Kayti got a bump with her Rabies shot too,but her hair is fine on it .Anyhow, the Vet told me the bump can last up to a year and to massage it and put hot compresses on it. It is still there.Hopefully your furbaby got a 3 year shot so you won't have three bumps next year.
