| Tucker doesn't really care for treats either...especially any biscuit or cookie type treat. He looks at me like, "You eat it and I'll have your snack!" I understand how frustrating it can be to find a treat that your little guy goes crazy for. Like Frankie, Tucker also loves lunch meat but I've only given him really little bits on very rare occassion (even though I know I'm not supposed to). Tucker does, however, like raw fruits and veggies so I give him those as treats. I'll also give him a little yogurt from time to time. In terms of manufactured treats, I have finally found three that he will eat and enjoy: 1) Bil-Jac soft moist treats, liver flavor 2) Lean Treats available through the vet 3) Freeze dried meat Hope that helps!

| I'm guilty of living Zoey turkey from the deli. It's not the packaged kind, it's fresh turkey breast from the deli and she's been getting it since she was a very baby. She gets a few pieces from my turkey sandwhich whenever i have one and I also wrap her heartworm pill in it. She loves it. I think as long as you don't feed it to them like a meal...ya know. |

| Pupperoni is high in fat and salt, and probably not the best treat for dogs. Mine love the organic Bitty Buddies Tiny treats-PB or Sweet Potato flavor, and the lowfat apple/oatmeal Jump N Sit Bits from 3 Dog bakery, as well as frozen green peas, baby carrots, bananas, yogurt, cottage cheese, peaches, broccoli, green beans, and pieces of real chicken/fish (cooked). Try healthy all natural treats for your dog-it's better for them, cheaper, and if you wouldn't eat it, why should they?
