| I have been reading some threads about Missing Link. . . so far I know it helps with the coat, skin, diet...? Anything else I am missing? Anyway I wanted to know (As silly as it sounds) does Missing Link make your yorkie gain weight???

| Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i just started morgan on this two weeks ago. I give her missing link plus because i recently discovered she has low grade LPs. The plus has glucosamine in it. ML helps with the coat and skin. it shouldn't make your yorkie gain weight. oh i should add that I used to have her on Solid Gold Seameal which i think she liked better. This one doesnt have to be refrigerated and it lasts much much longer. It the same thing. However, this one doesn't have a version with Glucosamine in it so that's why i switched.

| Missing link is.. well a the missing link between what is provided in the dog food and what dogs need extra of in their diet. see if you can go "halfs" with somone.. the bag is quite big for the amount our small guys need and it usually expires before you can use it all |

I thought for some reason it would make a yorkie gain weight... but yeah, I have been meaning to try it. . . but dunnoo... is it like some type of powder that you spread on top of food? does it have a taste that yorkies love? I remember i was looking in petco but i think they didnt have it.

the bag needs to be kept in the fridge. Its quite big for our guys. So i freeze half the bag so it will last longer. it hasn't made morgan gain weight. Actually i think it has a lot of fiber in it so it should make them poop more. tho it doesn't do that for morgan. She poops twice a day after eating. I sprinkle 1/4 tsp on her food twice a day and she eats it up

The bag is kinda expensive for its size. I paid somewhere between $18 and $25 for it. But i bought the Plus one. i think the regular one is less.

| Scruffles is on Missing Link and it has worked wonders for his skin and coat. I get mine at JB Pet Supply in Oakland, NJ or Hawthorne, NJ. |

| I used ML for awhile, and it made Emma itchy. Just be on the lookout for extra scratching because it can irritate some dogs. I didn't know this is what was causing it until I asked about it on here
