| How far are your walks? On average how far do you walk your furbaby per day? I know it's probably different for each because of energy level, but I figured I'd see what the average seemed to be.

| On average, we walk 2 to 2 1/2 miles, 5-6 days a week. Gracie could probably go a bit further but I have arthritis in my foot and that is about my limit.

| We do about a 1.25 mile loop from our house to the park, through the trail, and back around. The girls love it-Emma does well with it, but Milli lays down a couple times along the way (Milli's legs are pretty short!) Tomorrow we're doing a 3 mile with them, which they've done before. They're really tired afterward, and need big drinks of water!

| Lillybelle and I walk about 1-2 miles on the greenway in the park nearby or the cart path of the golf course, 3-4 times a week. If its hot or she gets tired she just stops and waits for me to pick her up...or when we get to a bench she just hops up on it and lays down for a minute.... I say "you ready to walk?" up to the door she runs, and round and round in circles she goes!!!! |

| We walk 1-2 miles, either around the block (1 mile) or to my sister's house and back (2 miles). A couple of times a week, we go to the park and walk 2 miles. I bring Conner's water bottle, as sometimes he gets hot when walking (even though we do not walk the hottest part of the day).

| we do not walk much in the summer it i just too hot here lately and it takes a lot out of Layla.. so maybe around the block at night.. which MIGHT be half a mile... but in the winter we get up to 1-2 miles every night it we are able to... Layla can usually walk the whole thing but she has a new backpack she got for her birthday that we will bring now with a warming disk in case she needs a break. When we go away at Christmas to Florida our walks can get up to 3 miles and Layla does the whole thing.. but then naps the rest of the day i do find that she is probably half a pound heavier this summer than she was in the winter and i know it is the exercise... we play our little hearts out int he house with fetch and whatnot, but i know it is not as good as a nice long walk! |

| Banjo and his best buddy (hubby) walk every morning for 2 miles. Sometimes on an evening we will have another short walk. He just LOVES his walks. I have been making enquiries about fly-ball. Banjo is a bigger Yorkie, hes got so much energy I think he would enjoy it. |
