| I posted about a tick on Vixxen Could this be making her sick a few days later??? She is not feeling well today...the tummy growelers and hasn't eaten at all. Usually I can force a little food down her and she will start eating on her own, but this time she just threw it up! And she has been laying in odd places today. I thought maybe because of the heat, but I'm not so sure.... I don't know what to do for her?

| Did you pull the tick out? See, I just had this problem a few days ago. The vet so unconcerned with it. I personally would bring them in if throwing up played a part in it. Also, put some rubbing alcohol on the place where the tick latched on--it should dis-infect it. Keep me posted. Do you use that tick stuff on their necks? I dont but I am seriously concidering it

| Yes, the ticks whole body was sticking up and my husband pulled it out, making sure to get the head out. It was a little red and scabbed a little. This was like....3 days ago now? She has an upset stomach alot so I wasn't concerned at first, but this time she has gone a long time (all day) without being herself So I wondered if the tick could make her sick like this?

| We had a tick, too A few weeks ago Emmy had one on her. I got it out and called the vet (she had been there to get groomed the day before). She seemed to be very tired for the next couple of days and would not eat much. After two days, she was back to normal.
