| ![]() I plan to start home cooking for Gordon sometime this summer. Until then I have switched him to Honest Kitchen . I only use femor bones and he gets fresh fruit , cherrios, yogurt and cheese for snacks. I do give him ML as a supplement, but I plan to do some research and maybe change his supplement.

| ![]() Conner is eating Merricks dry (all 4 flavors) mixed with 1/8 cup of boiled hamburg or ground turkey. Sometimes I cook him chicken tenderloins (boneless and skinless) to mix with his food. He is also on Missing Link. Sometimes for breakfast I scramble an egg and add it to his food. I have to mix it up in order to keep him interested in his food.

| ![]() Bella is eating Beneful the puppy kind...she was on Eukanuba dry food; and refused to eat for days. I was cooking boiled chicken and rice, untill we went for a play date at a neighbors house and she began eating their dogs food. Now she can't eat enough of the Beneful dog food. ![]() |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() I went to the specialty pet store today and talked to the owner about what to feed my 3. They were on Sensible choice by Royal Canin the natural blend which wasn't recalled but I stopped feeding them just in case. She recommended Innova and California Natural as they have their own plant. I had given them a sample of Solid Gold the last 2 days the Hocken Fluken ? and they all liked it so I bought that and she gave me a sample of the California Natural to try later. I also feed Merricks and Wellness wet. I am going to switch them to Innova wet and keep them on Merricks and cut out the Wellness. I also give them some ground beef, I want to give them a variety so if any of them have recalls I have others to fall back on.

| ![]() I feed mine home cooked and Canidae All Life Stages dry. I just finish the last bag of Canidae and he doesn't really show interest in it. I bought a trial bag of Orijen and he loves it. I wil be switching to Orijen with home cooking.

Lots of people in this forum recommend Missing Link. Personally, I don't feed my boy supplement but I give lots of variety in his homecooked, rice with cooked chicken meat, cooked organ meat once a week, cooked lean ground beef, boiled potato, raw grated carrot, fruits(strawberry, banana, orange without seeds, apple without seeds, melons), yogurt, egg, cottage cheese and a little lactose free milk is a must for my boy. I also do feed him some kibbles (changing fromm Canidae to Orijen).

| ![]() I feed my Bijou and Holly Innova Evo Red Meat Formula and Jester gets Innova Puppy. I feel more secure knowing that Natura, the maker of Innova does not import any of it's ingredients from other countrys...and the EVO has no grain. It's a high protein, lo carb diet. Both the Innova Puppy and Evo have Omega 6 and Omega 3 Fatty Acids which promotes healthy skin and coats. My dogs love it!! |
