| Miami Animal Police on Animal Planet I am watching the show Miami Animal Police that I have watched many times before through tears. As far a neglect and abuse of dogs and cats, Miami is no different than other cities around the world. I wanted to say that this site and everyone here that cares and loves for thier dogs really makes me feel good. All of you should be proud of yourselves. *BIG HUG*

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | well...that was nice of you to post - I've watched that show and really get MAD at people when I watch it - I did have an opportunity to deal with the HOUSTON Animal Cops - Ernest on the show and they were totally AWESOME - I saw a dog of my neighbors with an AWFUL skin problem - it was raw and covered about 60% of his body - I was so upset cause I could tell he was huddling in a corner of his yard to die - so I took pictures and emailed them to the SPCA - they showed up in 2 days ! Actually it was Chanel that alerted me to him - she kept barking at a place at my fence she never barks at and I peeked to see what was there and then saw this suffering doggie - The owners surrendered him and said they couldn't pay the vet bills. But the Houston SPCA rocks ! |

| I love this show. I watched it and I cry and get mad. I just cant understand how people cant be so cruel with an innocent animal. Tonite the officers handle a case of a puppy mill. Hundreds of dogs, cats and birds in deplorable conditons. I can say that ended in a happy note. The owner of the mill cant own animals or have a bussiness pertaining to animals. Also all the animals were taken away and taken care off. The other day was a case of a pet store and there was a dead yorkie pup in the window of the store. I just cried when i saw that poor little pup and all the others sick and without water. It took a while but the man got shutdown. |
