| Dog Food Reviews~ I had gotten this link from another site, and had found it very interesting. Its a food rating based on 6 stars. You might be surprised to read what rating your food had been given. Take a peek... http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_f...iews/index.php Very few foods got a 6 star rating....... But, now I am really confused as to what we should be feeding our precious poochies.

| Hey Mandy, Thanks for posting this. I hear you on the confusion. This whole pet food thing has me paranoid now. My two older dogs were on the Nutro Ultra Senior canned that was recalled, I had just bought a case of the recalled canned food and they used one can. (They are ok, thank god) Talk about scared! They all are on Nutro Natural dry, and I am not so sure about that now either. so I am now looking for the best possible food, but other than coooking it myself (for 4 dogs and daily... probably not possible for me), I just have no idea what they should be on!! I thought about Cannidea for them, but still researching and trying to find local places that sell this "better" dog food. My heart and thoughts go out to all the pet owners that have been affected by this!

| This is all sooo confusing! Its very frustrating....... But I think I found a new food that I may try, it was on the list on there and also had a 6 star rating. The Orijen products. I went to their website. I found it very interesting. I do have a concern though, so I did email them, and I am hoping to hear back from them soon. They have 2 puppy formulas, regualar, and large breed, but only 1 formula for adults. So I want to make sure its ok for our little ones. I hate cooking for myself too, so I am dreading the thought of having to cook it myself for them. But if that is what it comes down to, then I will. I hate all this! I wish it were better regulated.

| Thanks for the link. I read alot about carniferous feeding (higher protien) is supposed to be right. But I am also confused on whether high protien is good for the Yorkies? I have read alot on here that they should not have such a high protien content? Anyone have any insight? I went to that site, Mandy and it looks good. Even if I have to buy their food online and have it shipped, I will do it if it means good things are going into their little booties (bodies, hehe) please post when you get your answer from them. I am still looking at all the foods listed as "6" star on that site.
