| Congrats on your new baby! I would just put the food out..he will eat when he gets hungry. He is just a little nervous about his new surroundings. That is how Rocky was when we first brought him home but within 24 hours he was eating, running, biting and doing a lot of pottying! Have fun with your baby boy! |

| hummmmm....Petsmart has it I beleive or the vet...have you scheduled your first appt. yet..lol, I scheduled it like 2 weeks before I got Maximus (I'm such a nut)..but anyways nutrical is good really if they don't eat their meal and just to keep them constant because when they are little they could have hypoglycemic attacks...but don't worry I got it the next day when I went to the vet and Maximus didn't eat much when he got home either..it's okay everyday is a learning experience and it gets easier and less stressful...well a little..lol GOOD LUCK..again |

| You should give it a little time. He is in a new place, new parents, new food, etc. Give him time. He will eat!!!

| Thanks! My parents are off. And I have enough time to go to PetsMart and get him some Nutrical. And a blanket or two.

| If you get in a bind and need nutrical but don't have any, you can use Kayro syrup too. Yea, you finally got a yorkie. I am so happy for you. I would love to see some pictures of JB when you get a chance.

| Don't be surprised if your new yorkie doesn't eat for a while. Maybe even till tomorrow. Mine didn't. I had to hand feed her, to make sure she's ok. Just give the new baby honey water. They tend to be nervous about being in a new place, so just give him time and space. Once he's no longer distracted and overwhelmed he will find the food. Just give honey water to prevent hypoglycemia, and that way you can be sure he has something in his system. Don't worry. I made myself sick for 2 days worrying about Coco, but now I know she was just hiding her piggyness from me...hehe |
