I have a five month old york and have noticed when she sleeps, she pants like she has been playing hard. Took her to the vet and she has not had this experience. Vet examined her numerous ways and couldn't find anything wrong. She (puppy) is going back this coming Monday, but I am concerned.
Has anyone had a breathing problem?

My Pom does that all the time and she is 10 years old. SHe has a massive coat so she is hot alot and theh vet said she was a highly excitable dog. She pants all the time wake or asleep.
