| Vaccinations I reccently took my older dogs for their anual check ups and refused all shots, Abby needed her last puppy shot so I let them give her that. The vet tech tried so hard to let me give the other three their shots. I told him, Humans don't get yearly shots for the rest of their life, do they? He did not know what to say to that one. My dogs are indoor dogs, never will be boarded. Pinky is 4 years old, never once had she been sick, same goes for Louie 3, and Chip 18 months. My dad's dog on the farm back when, never got any shots and they lived long lives, no cancer. They got people food to eat and were healthy dogs. I think a good diet, no poison injections and pestisides in pill forms is the way to go. Any thoughts? |

| I also take the holistic approach, but when they are anywhere from 5 to 6 years old, you should have the titers run so you can find out if they are still protected. |
