| Breathing funny too!?! She is doing this crazy breathing thing. She sounds like (for lack of a better description) she is in lamaze. She occasionally starts to breathe rapidly through her nose, like she is a woman practicing for child birth. I have no idea what it is. She is only 15 weeks and has been doing this about 5 or so times daily for the last 2 days. Any suggestions or thoughts about what this may be?

| I think I know what you're talking about. My yorkie does this too. It lasts 10-15 seconds sometimes, and I don't know what to do. Usually I just try to pet him and tell him it's ok, it's ok. If you're vet tells you that it's not normal, let me know. |

| Went to the vet, he said that Bella has the beginning of an upper respiratory infection. He said that her lungs sound fine, so it goes undetected often, but that is what it is. He gave me some antibiotics, and said that she'll be fine. I will keep you posted on how quickly it goes away.
