This discussion has taken place in the circles of long time Breeder/Exhibitors and if polled, I'm not sure anyone would have the same answer. All of the breeders are well respected and have good working relationships with their vet. With that said I don't think there is a black and white answer, it all depends on each breeders experience with it. I for one wouldn't.
