| Shrimp/crab meat? Hubby made a salad of shrimp and crab meat, wanted Pepper to try some and I said no. But those are not on the Bad Food List. Are they ok? Or they classify as table scraps.... Hubby tells me I'm mean

| Small amounts of unseasoned/unbuttered, etc. is fine Good protein source and yummy too! Just don't give too much so they get spoiled and won't eat their kibbles Starr used to eat steamed shrimp and king crab

| Fresh Healthy Foods Are Not Table Scraps Yes, dogs can eat fish and shellfish. Lots of protein and trace minerals from the sea. Raw, slightly cooked meats, grated or pureed vegetables, rice and potatoes, fruits and some nuts are great choices from your table. The term "table scraps" has gotten a bad reputation regarding good, healthy food. Real "scraps" are the things that are bad for us, too, like fried, greasy, fatty foods. Never give them. My guys no longer eat commercial dog food. Their health and vitality has so much improved. Itching is 75% gone, and they relish eating all the organice fresh foods. Cranberries, apples, and pureed greens were not a big hit. But, tonight, buffalo steak, peas, and brown rice were! They did the "happy dance" on my couch for over 5 minutes while my husband and I said, "Good boys ate nice?" over and over. It was a joy to watch!
