| Poop eating Hi all!! My little girl Sadie had an accident again today, she pooped on the floor. I caught har in the act so she started eating the poo as if to hide the evidence. She has never don ethis before when I have caught her. I was wandering if there are any side effects I should worry about? Thanks. |

| No there are no side effects and poo eating is very normal for young pups. Both of mine stopped doing it when they were about 4 months old

Thanks Chachi for the quick reply. She is however not a young pup, she's 9yrs old. I always refer to her as my little girl as she acts like a pup most of the time | |

| Some dogs are poop eaters. She may have done it before, and maybe you didn't see her. Chachi will eat Ollies poop, but not his own. I have to watch to make sure I get it cleaned up right away. |
