| What to do?? My Zowie is five weeks pregnant. Suddenly she has begun this vicious fighting with her un-brother. I am not sure who is starting it. At first it seemed they were fighting over treats. A couple of days ago, I was trying to check her mouth (to see what she had), and he accidently bit me-really hard. I am punishing them by putting one in the cage-time out-then the other. Today, she was just staring at him and he was almost hiding from her. They kept it up for an hour. I am not sure how to punish them, especially because of her delicate condition. Do you think this is normal. They never have fought before, and neither would ever bite a person on purpose.

| I am not sure how to keep them seperated. They are in-fact inseperable. They have been together for more than a year. Most of the time they love each other and play just adorably together. This fighting thing is so awful though, I picked him up - and he lifted her up. He is about 5 pounds and she is 11.5 now!

Donating YT 14K Club Member | well, I know from reading and from personal experience, that pregnant dogs can get very moody...kinda like people women that get pregnant. I would keep them seperated. Sounds like she doesn't want to be messed with. |
