| Are Nutri-Dent bones as bad as Greenies? My Britney and Brooklyn love Nutri-Dent bones (the ones that are green), which are made my Nylabone. However, I was wondering if they are as bad as Greenies are.. anyone have an idea?

| Size Matters! Hi Kyle, My guys love them both, and thank God, we have never had a problem. My yorkies are very big (16 and 20 lbs!), and I give them petite size Nutri-dentand teenie size greenies. They are not gulpers, and love to lay down and chew. The Nutri-dent has helped with their coats. I really believe it is up to the dog and owner regarding the safety issues. The most important point to stress is to give the smallest size, but if you have a very small dog, then I would be hesitant. How much does yours weigh? I found a great "non-edible" chew, Nylabone Super Tuff, and it is shaped just like the nutrident. It's at dog.com, just type in the word "tuff".

| Hi, Mine are much smaller.. 4 lbs each. But I give them the med. (or maybe the size is considered small.. I can't rememeber.. next up from petite) ones because when I got them, the med. ones were the ones on sale. They love them.. I only give them each one once a week or so and I haven't had any problems thus far. Thanks!
