| Can you Freeze Wet Food??? Can you freeze wet food for later use? Roxy and TJ will go through 1 regular size can of Merrick in approx. 6 days. I put it in a tupperware container. I just started to mix in 1/2 teaspoon of the Green Cow Tripe Canned Dog Food, made by Solid Gold. They LOVE it and eat up their moring food in an instance. I do not want to WASTE the Green Cow Tripe Food b/c I only give them a tiny bit. I was hoping that I could freeze little 'meat balls' with the Tripe Food and take them out as I need to. What do you think??? |

| I imagine that you can freeze it. You can microwave it so I dont see why you couldnt freeze it and use it later

| Honey - you can freeze anything! The only harm freezing ever does is alter the texture of a food (like lettuce - ruins it).... Can't see how it would hurt dog food at all. Carol Jean |

| THANKS... I thought so, but I figured why not ask. I will definatley have to make the food into little mini meatballs, otherwise I'd have a big clump to defrost |
