| is it normal almoust not to eat Hi my babe is 3 months and he's eating so few. And he pees only once or twice a day and he poops once in every 3rd day. Otherwise everything is fine and he seems very heathy. Is it normal for yorkies? Thanks. |

| I would probably be a little concerned. I know a lot of people think their pup isn't eating much but they are little so it just seems that way. What I think is a little strange though is that it's not going to the bathroom more. I'm thinking that they usually poop at least twice a day at that age. Its been a little while, Reagan is now 20 months, she goes at least once if not twice and maybe more when I don't notice. He should at least be doing that once a day. And as far as the peeing, now Reagan goes 3-4 times, but as they grow they will develop around your schedule and may go more or less. I think at 3 months he should be going more. I could be wrong but I might call the vet if I were you just to make sure everything is ok.

| My yorkie is almost 2 and some days he just doesn't have an appetite. And when he was a puppy, there were days he would eat and there were days he wouldn't. I was concerned and called my breeder. SHE SAID to put him on a feeding schedule and if he doesn't eat what's in front of him aka if he walks away from his bowl, then take it away. He'll be hungry for his next meal, she said. And she was right! I was concerned about the days he wouldn't eat, but putting him on a schedule was the best thing we ever did for him

| I'm not sure I would be worried if your pup is happy, healthy, and playful. Carol Jean |

| Not pooping for 3 days? That concerns me. Or...is your furbaby pooping and eating it so you don't think he's pooping?
