				   | I have tried many different ones. And my absolute FAVORITE is K-9 advantix. It is the BEST in my opinion. It stays strong through baths, and everything. You can get it at your vets office. If there is anything else I can help you with let me know! Best of luck!

				   | I have never used a flea or tick preventative. I think it must be too hot or too dry for them here in the desert. Mine stay mainly indoors, but they have never had a flea or a tick on them. |

				   | The price is extremely high...between heartworm meds for 2 dogs and Advantix for 2 dogs and a cat, it gets really expensive. I never thought to look on the web It's not like I'm ever online!

				   | my mom has a beach house and there are fleas. mostly near the sea oats. i'm not sure if they come from stray cats. it is not unusual for me to see a flea on romeo after a day at the beach. he's on k9 advantix and i still see them when we go to the beach. my moms place is in nj and i had the same experience at a 5 star hotel in florida on their beach. |

				   | We live in a new area with tons of construction and Jaxon loves walking in the grass when we walk. We found a few ticks on him then started Advantix which seems to be working. There have been a few more on him but not imbedded so they're easy to remove. We've been putting a shirt on him when we walk - hoping it will help off. They are the most disgusting thing and wish I could keep them off him!
