| Update Update my little one home now Just wanted to let you all know I got to bring my little guy home this afternoon. He is on a strick no play, no running, no stairs, no toys, soft or watered soft food, and the meds they sent home with me for him. He has to be on this strick routine for three weeks, but only the meds for 6 days. He looks good compared to all he has gone through. And still sleepy today but I know that will pass. I just thank God for all he and the surgeon has done. And wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and good vibes and thoughts. Please keep this up as we need it till he is in the clear. I have to take him back next Thursday for a check up following the surgery they said. I will keep you posted. Oh forgot to tell you all this one but the surgeon said this surgery case makes the fifth one performed in the United States. |

| I'm so glad he is home and dointg well. that must have been some extensive procedure. I hope he continues to recover. Is he just a baby? I know the surgery had something to do with his palate, but I must have missed something. |

Well the specialist said he had no soft palate, so they took his tonsils out and made him a soft palate. The soft palate is the part that basically goes down the throat so to speak. And no he is 11 months old and has done great and we didn't even know anything was wrong till about a month or so ago. I take him back to the specialist tomorrow to make sure everything is healing as they hoped. | |
