Sparce Head Hair My precious almost 4 month old, 2 pound, Bella Noelle has very little hair on the top of her head. She has a really full coat, her ears have gone up, her teeth are perfect, she has a great disposition, BUT, she kinda has a baldy crewcut. The vet and breeder said it will grow in; but I have my doubts. Can someone convince me?

Well if it makes you feel any better, I read that very thin hair as a puppy is an indication of very silky coat as an adult. They're just like children, some have lots of hair at birth and some have very little hair until they're 3. So I think it will grow just fine.

Here is what it says in the post about coat and colors. [Quote[A puppy whose coat appears sparse or thin will, as an adult, have a thick, long coat of the correct fine silky, glossy texture. This coat’s growth is like a human’s hair, in that it is born with very little but by adulthood has an abundance of hair, the quantity having doubled and redoubled all during puppyhood (or childhood). Both colors will be totally clear. [/Quote]

ceeby has a very fine, silky coat. When I first got him, I thought he was going bald his hair on top of his head was so thin. Then he broke silver and began to get more hair. It is beautiful, at least to me. when he runs, it blows back and just flows in the wind. he is a true silky coat.
