| What to do about feeding schedule for 9 weeks old Okay... We are getting Chance in a couple of weeks. I spoke with the breeder and here is what she recommended: • Milk mixture 3X a day (1 can of carnation/ 2 tsp of Karo syrup/ 4 cup of water) • Of course water all the time • A dab of Nuro-cal in the morning and just before bed • Dry food left out 24hrs (RC - dry puppy food) • Nutro puppy can food a couple of time a day That seems like a lot of food for a 9 week old pup... She says the Biewer are grazers. Chance is our Yorkie (mom)/Biewer (dad) puppy. Should I continue this schedule??? When do I stop the milk...? How do you feed your 9 - 12 week puppies...? I am just trying to get a feel for how they eat... Free feed or schedule feed... How does that work with potty training???

| i got my puppy at 8 weeks old and just fed him 2x a day, 1/4 cup each time, dry only with a little warm water to moisten. no water after 10pm. bedtime at midnight. i did indoor potty pad training but if you do a search in the forum on potty training you'll get lots of info. the key is to set up a routine and keep it. |
