cheese I was wondering if it was ok to give cheese to our lil pups. I heard that it was ok and actually good for our pups. But then just recently someone told me it was bad for them because it contained lactose.

| I am sure it is fine as long as it is given in moderation. If they gett too much they may get loose bowels.

My vet was the one that told me to mix Kobe's food with cottage cheese or plain yogurt. His favorite treat mixed with his food is pumpkin.

romeo luvs cheese too. he only gets it once in a blue moon. i was told it is very hard for them to digest and causes constipation. which can flare up anal gland issues. i'm on the fence when it comes to cheese.

The first cheese Punkin had was cheddar grated in a doggie cookie recipe. She only had a couple of small cookies and they made her constipated. I'm not 100% it was the cheese but pretty sure. I'm leary of giving them to her again (and I have about 200 in the freezer )
