Do a search for the same topic and you will really have a laugh..This condition has a medical name in humans too but we won't go there. My friend's male Yorkie had the problem often and she was told to put warm water in a spray bottle and spray and then gently pull and shake til the skin could be pulled back.. Oh. lordy, I am remembering what they say about "you know, if you shake it more than twice" bla-bla-bla Did you check under the bed and the trash cans and so on to make sure he didn't call his friends and do the "hey, my parents are gone and we are gonna paartee!" |
:o This happen to Mason last night too...I was freaking out because it was hanging out to the floor it was pretty big for a lil guy...(Not braggin or anything) It went back in after I calmed him down from his Rendezvous with his humpy bunny. He can get pretty crazy with it!! LOL!!!!! :aimeeyork |
This happened with Starsky a month ago and I had heard about it on here. So I wasn't shocked when it happened. But it is definetly weird and I hope it doesn't happen to often. I did not have to help him get it back down. Thank God! |
LOL..I too freaked out the first time I saw this..I call a friend of mine and she just laughed at me... Well H*** I didn't know....But I do now. :lol tears :lol tears :lol tears |
Sorry, I don’t know anything about this. I got a girl 'cause I don't feel comfortable with the lipstick situation when they get excited. However, I have never heard of “it” got stuck out there. Maybe he just got a bit too excited this time. Let’s hope it won’t happen again. I was wondering, is he neutered? Some said that might help with humping. And I am thinking, no humping no lipstick ...... No personal experience here so somebody please correct me if I am mistaken. :D |

On second thought, girls hump too even the spayed ones (thank goodness mine have not started yet). So that might not help. :p |
this thread is absolutely fascinating... ;) |
Talk about freaked out! I didn't even think that this would happen when i got a male. Well... it happened and it was large. it looked like it was "out to far"...lol if thats possible. He was just following me around standing at my feet not looking at me. Well in a panic I snapped a picture of it... sent it to mommy and when she got up off the floor from laughing she told me to throw cold water on him... worked like a charm... It has happened sice then. but all i do is pick him up and the imbarressment sends it right back in! |

You all are cRaZy!!! If my husband only knew what we talked about, he would just fall out!!! But, in all fairness, I was a bit surprised too about the size...my vet just said he was a little stud! ;) And I haven't heard of neutering helps......something to ask the vet the next time! |
This happened to my Shorty dog once (RIP Shorty) He wouldn't stop licking it and it appeared to be too dry to go back in. I put vasoline on it and eventually it went back in. I was freakin out for a minute, though. If the vasoline didn't work I would've had him to the vet. It only happened once, thank Goodness!!! I wanted to add, my boy was neutered at age 3 and this happened around age 7! |
