My 9yr old Male yorkie will wake up shivering, shaking and panting. I took him to my vet. No health problems. He said its anxiety. When Jojo gets up at night he's hot and goes outside. Vet said try wetting him down to cool him. He has a behavioral habit that we need to break. If that dont work use xanax. Vets cant give cbd oil. What would you do in this situation?

My Jojo has anxiety. One loud noise sets off shaking. I finally got some CBD hemp extract called Thrive. If I give him a little of this he calms down! Amazing! No side effects.
He doesn't wake up like a zombie. Try it if you dog does the shiver shake. It works for my Jojo!

Our 5 pounds, 7, years old female yorkie "Cleo" eats 1/4 of a cup in the morning before we leave the house for work and she eats again 1/4 of a cup in the afternoon after we come home from work. She seems to be hungry all the time, but the doctor has her on "Hills K9 Metabolic Dry food/Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic Weight Management"
I am wondering if we are not feeding her enough as she is always asking for food. Please help.
