Pat, unless you do as they say and read some VERY long thing about esophogus in food, you will be be in trouble and told you are WRONG and dumb. Just buy the RC and never give anything else or else. How would humans do with that? Maybe I'd lose weight to be honest lol!!

Was this really necessary to say, insinuating YT members will bash someone if they do not follow advise or suggestions. Why is it every time you pop up you have derogatory comments to make against YT members. Is that why you joined YT, to stir up the pot as you did with your very first thread. I have never seen a positive post from you, never see you offer up positive suggestions, advise, help anyone. Seems you like to incite members, and not help ppl looking for advise / suggestions. Yorkie Talk was created to help and share knowledge / experance of owning a yorkie. I don't see where you have ever offered your knowledge / good experance in being owned by a yorkie.

People ask for advice and then complain about it. I always feel that if a person finds my advice too much, there is probably someone else who will appreciate it. *shrug*

It wasn't necessary to "insinaute" because you were doing it directly! "extremely misinformed" don't "REALLY care" (twice) etc. When you wonder why people dont post much here guess way before you tell me I'm so negative in a tottally negative post.

Anyway, OP and others, have you found any other good options in addtion to RC?

People don’t post much anymore because people use Facebook and other social media platforms to join dog groups not message boards. They were misinformed and had false information so not sure what you expect people to call it. In the US only WSAVA compliant foods should be fed. Foods that weren’t were many of the fad dog foods like grain free diets that killed dogs from Dilated Cardiomyopathy. If you want to feed non science based dog food that is a choice that can be made but it’s far too risky for me to want to risk my dogs lives. I will stick to science.

Telling someone they are misinformed is not bashing. It is letting them know that they are just that............misinformed. I gave detailed information but you said it was too much to read which basically tells me that you are not interested in knowing what is proven. You just want to believe the hogwash that people put on the internet that is not valid or true. Perhaps my information will help someone else.

As for my pups, I will continue to feed them the "corn, beaks and feet" as you refer to the food I feed them since it obviously is working well for them as they are healthy and thriving..

Anyway, the OP has not been here since 2020, so I doubt he/she will reply.

All this = you will get "corrected" by being told you are "grossly misinformed...misinformed" in "detail" because "you are not interested in know what is proven". Other info is "hogwash that is not valid or true". Maybe thats not "bashed" but it makes you feel less than if you think something else or are just trying. All this guy did was feed some broth!!!

Posting makes me feel Less Than because i never know what to say but im less than because i didt give advicew hen i'm not sure what to do!

The internet can be rough. My advice is to not make it so personal. You should not feel "less than" just because someone disagrees with you. I don't. The one poster said the food I feed my pups is bad ... I don't care. I know it is good food. Just because someone says it, does not make it true.
BTW, I apologize for my one statement to you about the beaks and feet as it was not you who said that.

You don’t generally post in fun threads not asking for advice and when you do post it’s generally to stir and make people upset it has nothing to do with you not giving advise on things you don’t know about. You are very quick to jump on people who give advice on what they do know about. And I’m not sure if you are talking about the op or not but the person who you quotes was doing more then feeding broth, they were feeding a puppy a completely unbalanced meal and then went on to call a very good and reliable food junk and then talk about things he seems to be uneducated on. Honestly all it takes in a lot of things is one time to cause issues. In my vet assistant classes I heard and saw pictures of dogs with significant bone issues from not being fed a balanced meal like jaws just breaking, so much bone loss in the teeth that they all had to go and it is even more significant when in puppies. Because I got this education and know these things it is my job to help educate people. It’s not meant in a negative or bad way it is just in an informative way.

Have you noticed that almost no one comments in "fun threds"? It is pretty boring to chime in "yay happy birthday" becuase it adds nothing even thou it's good that precious dogs are still in our lifes!! Look at your comments here they are hnot all "happy" at all. Someone described what they fed there dog one time and it was RC or bust. Maybe thats true and maybe RC is the only good option i dont pretend to know. you got schooling as an assistant so there yhou go.

Last posts i made on my own thred i was told my dogs are doomed and i just dont understand.

No one posts on much these days and posting to make someone feel good is not a bad thing. If I expect people to respond on my threads about birthdays and such the kind thing is to do it myself and comment on theirs. I’m not going to go back and forth with you especially when your facts are skewed. No one ever said RC or nothing in fact I brought up all WSAVA foods but whatever. I have put out some good facts people can choose to read it or not but maybe it will help someone who is just reading.
