| C.E.T. HEXtra Oral Hygiene Chews Question My veterinarian recommended these chews for help in keeping my 9-month old Yorkies teeth clean. I still will have professional cleanings done at regular intervals. PROBLEM: My Rocky does not like them. He takes it then drops it and walks away. Also, are chews like these controversial among Yorkie folks? What other products may help clean his teeth that he may like? Brushing is in the very early stages and not working too well. |

| My vet recommended OraVet dental hygiene chews, one every day, thing is, one chew his stool is on the softer side, I was giving one every other day but stopped when the package was finished, just not happy with the softer stools. I am Leary of anything that is shaped like the rawhide strips, I fear them choking on it if big pieces are swallowed. They do have a liquid additive that you put in their water, I don't know the name or if it can be purchased over the counter or gotten from vet only. Hopefully one of our members could chime in about the water additive. I just googled it, it can be purchased over the counter or on line https://www.google.com/search?q=liqu...ZwQsxh6BAgPEC8
