| Ear infection? Chewie suddenly started rubbing at her ear and scratching at it. She's since stopped and hasn't had any other incidents. Is this a sign of an infection? Thanks, every one. |

| Take a look at the inside of her ears, both of them, make sure they both look the same, no redness, not swollen. If she continues rubbing, scratching it could be the beginning of a yeast infection, also, does she have a lot of hair or fuzz in that ear, if she does you may want to pluck it out. Cody gets yeast infections in just one ear, I see him scratch just one time I check that ear out right away, if it's a bit darker then normal off to the vet we go. I also make sure the groomer keeps no hair or fuzz in his ears, I keep fringes on his ears I have the groomer cut them shorter to ensure air can get into his ears.

| Could be an infection but it also could be yeast. I know this might sound weird but smell her ears if they smell sweet it might be yeast. If they smell off it might be an infection. If she only did it once it might have just been an itchy ear.
