| Usually a damp paper towel unless I need to use a washcloth. I let it dry naturally when just wipping their mouth. There is a grooming section to help also

| In order to fully get the germs off you must use soap and water.

| Do you bath your dogs every day? What kind of soap do you use?

| YorkieTalk Newbie! | My yorkie gets a partial bath at two weeks and a full groom at 4 weeks. Her eyes need a touch up every day. Her muzzle when it gets icky. It takes me a long time to do much more. If she gets a soft poo on her behind I just do the back end and rear legs. Guess I just do what is needed. She is still not fully accustomed to brushing her hind quarters. Grooming is still an ordeal! 😎 |

| My vet recommended HyLyt dog shampoo, this can be used to bathe a dog every day if needed. You can buy it on line from www.1800petmeds.com

| I do not but I do not feed raw. I do not feel it is safe for my pups, me or my elderly grandmother.

| This is a touchy subject with many different opinions and thoughts. Each yorkie mom and dad should make an educated decision about what is best for their yorkie – which would include talking to their veterinarian. With that said, I do give beef shank bones – cooked. Generally they are from shanks I use for making bone broth for both skin and fur members of my family. I only give cooked to minimize the risk of bacteria born illnesses (again personal preference after talking with Lollie and Lacie's vet). The shanks I use are a minimum of ¼” to ½” thick and I inspect them daily for wear. When I see any sign the bones are tossed. It is highly unlikely that a yorkie could splinter/break a bone that thick in the course of a day’s worth of chewing. But again, it is a personal choice. I have the added benefit |

I was more interested in what soap you use that kills germs & would still be safe for their skin thanks
