Diet Change and Vomitting

I am new to having yorkies and puppies. My hubby and I got a young mom and her two babies. The female pup is having regurgitate issues of bile and foam and once vomit all her food. The vet thinks she's constipated so I changed their food to science Diet puppy. My question is is it common for constipation issues ? What can I give her to help? The pups are 9 weeks old and weened.

I would find a way better food. Puppy's need lots of protein and not all that processed stuff. These can often be hunger pukes so perhaps feed a better food. If you can get your hands on raw goats milk and mix with the food that would help. 9 weeks is too young to be away from their mother, so try stimulating the anus with a wet cloth. It would be like the mum licking their bum to make them poop.

I have momma and her babies together I kept the babies. I actually used a squirt of warm water in her bum this morning and 15-20 minutes later we had success. I also changed their food to puppy science diet
