Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() Some people will use cosequin or similar for joints. But, just like in humans there is NO evidence to support that the chrondrointon etc does a single thing to improve the issue...so keep that in mind.

| ![]() I used joint support supplements for my previous dog when she reached 8 or 10 years old..and her legs started to have old-age pains. They seemed to work, because after taking it, she was back to normal and didn't require any meds. My belief is that dogs under 5 years old probably don't need it though. Maaybe digestive supplements? But even that, plain yogurt is good for that. I just feel that the less artificial supplements the better though, esp when it's not required. ![]()
