| Went to the vet Went to the vet didn't wait for our appointment. They had to give Peawee a steroid shot. They said he was allergic to the products the groomer used (they called the groomer) and that he was also allergic to cats. He's doing better now. Said they won't give him a shot again because it could be to harmful to him but this will last for a 1 1/2 months so they said he will probably have to take meds. later. He's also allergic to perfumes. At least he's going to be alright. I was scared to death. He looks pretty bad and his neck is raw and eyes looks like he's been in a fight.

| I am glad to hear your dog got some relief. I have been thinking about him wondering how he was doing. Hopefully now he will continue to get better.

| Poor little guy! I'm glad he's going to be better soon though...Do you have any cats yourself? or was he just exposed at the groomers?

| i hope he feels better soon. It is so hard when they are not well. My poodle has allergies to everything. She hardly has a hair on her hips and legs. She looks so pitiful. |

| No I don't have cats myself, just a few strays around that I feed but never touch. I have to say it is an awful sight he just shivers and he literally is getting drove nuts. He still is trying to dig and he just hides under the couch. The vet said I should notice a difference tomorrow. I can't stand to see him suffer. I've never seen an allergic reaction this bad. He was running 103 temp. when I took him to the vet.

| Well that's the pits, Poor little Peawee. I have never ever heard of a dog being allergic to cats, but it goes to show what I know. Hope the poor little guy gets to feeling better soon. |
