| Does Momo randomly lick the air ? When licking does Momo lick as if there is something stuck to the roof of the mouth ? Charlie licks the air randomly before and after dinner/breakfast for 30-45 minutes sporadically (Moreso when my wife and I are at the dinner table). We've given her 1/4 tab of famotidine(Pepcid) 30 minutes and feed her with a bowl designed to slow down how quickly she eats. Taking Charlie for a walk immediately after she finishes her dinner seems to minimize the length of time that she'll lick and also bringing out her favorite bone to chew on seems to help. I think with Charlie it is a combination of OCD and at times having hair stuck in the roof of her mouth from licking things. |

Haha that is so cute of Charlie...maybe she's trying to 'taste' the yummy dinner her parents are eating.

| I know this is an old thread but I have to say WOW! Poor little guy!!! I thought the little hair ball chews threw up was bad. THAT'S beyond words!!! Plus, I started today with the olive oil. I was giving her some once a week for her coat.. but this is fantastic information. I'm glad this was so long ago. He's already post this and been mended for over a year. |
