I am wondering too as I am still using it for Buster. One good thing for him is that it is beef flavor so he is not allergic to the ingredients.

One of my dogs got diarrhea and another was scratching. The other two were fine but it's easier for me to use the same product on everyone.

Do you just blob it into his mouth, or do you put it around the mouth w/ your finger, or do you brush? I'm thinking I may want to add this to their teeth arsenal...

Contact is your friend, a blob would probably work but using your finger gives you better odds on protection. With Sig and the CET liquid we put a squirt/drops daily on both sides and front and she tongued it around. I would check her teeth weekly or more often and hit any spots that showed any build up and put a drop there, sometimes using finger to work it. Now with Ginger we started brushing early and she loves it as part of her get ready for bed routine, she sees the tooth brush and comes running, backs into position and sits.

I either just use my finger and rub it around or I wet a piece of gauze and do the same. It seemed like the bristles of the tooth brush bothered Buster. The toothbrushes get stiff after use even with washing and changing them.

I have been using Petsmile for a couple of days now and I have to admit it is taking the plaque off of Molly's teeth. I brush teeth every day but Molly still gets plaque really bad. I brush with the Petsmile and when done rub a little bit on her gums on both sides. So far so good.....neither one of my girls seem to be bothered by the change from CET to Petsmile and every day I see the plaque getting lighter and lighter. Wish I would have taken a before picture of Molly's teeth.
